Interested in having a site at this year’s Ormeau Lions Fair? Applications will open at noon WEDNESDAY 28 February 2018. There will be a link added to this page that will take you to the registration form.
The Fair will be held over two days – the 15th and 16th September at Ritchie Bros Auctioneers Yatala (see the map at the botom of the page).
Site costs for the 2018 fair are:
- 4 metre x 3 metre – cost $160 for two days
- 6 metre x 3 metre – cost $240 for two days
- 8 metre x 3 metre – cost $320 for two days
- Other size – POA
Payment is required before you can be approved for a site. Payment will be via PayPal (this also covers credit and debit cards) as well as our previous method of banking transfers using your BSB number. Exact details will be included on the application form.
As per previous years, you need to supply your own gazebos, tables, chairs, etc. NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE SUPPLYING POWER.
We retain the right to limit the number of Vendors selling the same or similar products/services. Generally, with same/similar vendors we will operate on first to apply and pay will be successful. However, to show loyalty to our previous stallholders we will give them priority for the first week of bookings.
