STALL REGISTRATION

Interested in having a site at this year’s Ormeau Lions Fair? Applications are now being accepted.  The Fair will be held over two days – the 15th and 16th July at Ritchie Bros Auctioneers, 1-57 Burnside Road, Yatala.

Special Note:  All food sites have been filled, however due to the extra space at our new venue we are still accepting general applications. We have quotas on same type products, if you apply to attend and the quota has not been filled you will most likely be allocated a site. Some details for you

Site costs for the 2017 fair are:

  • $150 per 4 metre by 3 metre site for the whole weekend.
  • $225 per 6 metre by 3 metre site for the whole weekend
  • $300 per 8 metre by 3 metre site for the whole weekend
  • Cost of other size sites by negotiation

Please note,  you will still not be able to extend beyond the boundaries of your allocated site so if you require even more extra space please indicate the size and orientation of your requirements.

As per previous years, you need to supply your own gazebos, tables, chairs, etc and there is NO POWER available unless you are in the main food area.  If you are bringing your own generator you need to advise us beforehand so we can ensure you are not put where the generator will affect those surrounding you.

While we will be able to have more stalls this year, we will still be limiting the number of same or similar vendors. Generally, with same/similar vendors we will operate on first to apply will be successful.

Stall site costs must be paid for within two weeks of your invoice being issued, if your site is not paid for by the due date it may be allocated to someone on the waiting list.

You will also need to provide proof of public liability Insurance cover at the time of payment before confirmation of your stall site. Also, if you are a food vendor you need to provide copies of current permits/licences.

Because we are at a new location we must plan the layout for stalls, stages, etc. Thus, your invoice may not have an allocated site number, these will be assigned closer to the Fair dates. When you receive an Invoice you will be issued with all instructions for bump in and bump out.  These times will be strictly adhered to.  It will be necessary for you to bring your invoice and site notification with you to minimise the delays in finding your site.  You will be directed to your site from the information on the invoice and site allocation.

IMPORTANT – If you are planning on sharing your stall with another business you MUST advise us of this on your application, again so we can ensure variety. It is not fair for those who apply and go through the proper process to then turn up only to find another like business is sharing with the stall next to them because we weren’t advised of the sharing arrangement. If this occurs and we haven’t been advised of the sharing arrangement, the business we weren’t aware of will be asked to leave.
